EverKid Labels makes personalized name labels for kids — for school, daycare and travel. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We use your information to fulfill and produce your order, ship your products, provide customer support, and send order and other transactional emails (confirmations, shipping updates, support replies). With your ability to opt out at any time, we also send occasional marketing and retention emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
Our customer is always an adult — a parent, guardian or other grown-up. Any child names and birthdays are provided by that adult solely to personalize the physical products they order from us. EverKid Labels does not knowingly collect information directly from children, and we do not market to children under 13. A parent or guardian may request deletion of this information at any time by emailing hello@everkidlabels.com.
We do not sell personal information.
We may use cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working (for example, remembering your cart) and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We keep order information for as long as we need it to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email hello@everkidlabels.com and we'll take care of it.
By using the EverKid Labels website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from EverKid Labels. By ordering, you confirm that you are an adult and that any child names or birthdays you provide are given by you as the parent, guardian or responsible adult.
Our labels are custom-made products, produced to the specifications you enter at checkout — the names, spelling, themes and sizes you choose. Please double-check spelling before you place your order, since production begins from exactly what you submit.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
The site, its designs, artwork, text, logos and branding belong to EverKid Labels and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission. You keep the rights to any name or personal text you supply for your own labels.
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Labels adhere well when applied as directed, but we cannot guarantee performance on every surface or under every condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverKid Labels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Every EverKid Labels order is custom-made with the names you give us, so once your labels have been produced they generally can't be returned or refunded. The exception: if your order arrives defective, damaged, or was made incorrectly because of our mistake, we'll make it right.
Email hello@everkidlabels.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll replace the item or refund it, at our discretion, for defects and for errors on our end.
Labels printed exactly as submitted — including a name typed or spelled differently than intended — aren't considered our error, so they aren't automatically eligible for a refund. Please double-check the spelling at checkout before you order. That said, we're a small shop and we'd rather help than not — email us and we'll see what we can do.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we issue a refund it usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping is free on all EverKid Labels orders. Every order ships via USPS Ground Advantage with full tracking included.
Contiguous US orders only. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may extend past our typical delivery window.
Every order includes tracking. We email you updates as your order moves along — when it's processing, when it ships (with your tracking number and a link to follow it), and when it's delivered.
If your labels haven't turned up in the expected window, email hello@everkidlabels.com with your order number and we'll help track them down or make it right.
We currently ship within the United States only.
