EverKid Labels makes personalized name labels for kids — for school, daycare and travel. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We use your information to fulfill and produce your order, ship your products, provide customer support, and send order and other transactional emails (confirmations, shipping updates, support replies). With your ability to opt out at any time, we also send occasional marketing and retention emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
Our customer is always an adult — a parent, guardian or other grown-up. Any child names and birthdays are provided by that adult solely to personalize the physical products they order from us. EverKid Labels does not knowingly collect information directly from children, and we do not market to children under 13. A parent or guardian may request deletion of this information at any time by emailing hello@everkidlabels.com.
We do not sell personal information.
We may use cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working (for example, remembering your cart) and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We keep order information for as long as we need it to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email hello@everkidlabels.com and we'll take care of it.
By using the EverKid Labels website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from EverKid Labels. By ordering, you confirm that you are an adult and that any child names or birthdays you provide are given by you as the parent, guardian or responsible adult.
Our labels are custom-made products, produced to the specifications you enter at checkout — the names, spelling, themes and sizes you choose. Please double-check spelling before you place your order, since production begins from exactly what you submit.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
The site, its designs, artwork, text, logos and branding belong to EverKid Labels and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission. You keep the rights to any name or personal text you supply for your own labels.
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our labels are made for clean, dry, hard surfaces like bottles, lunch boxes and school supplies, applied as directed. If one ever doesn't stay put, our guarantee covers it: we reprint it free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverKid Labels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We stand behind every label we make. If a label peels, fades, or comes out wrong, we'll reprint your set free, for a full year from your order date. No hoops, no runaround.
Free reprints: for a full year from your order date. Rather have a refund? Ask within 90 days of your order date and we'll refund you instead of reprinting. Either way, as long as the request is reasonable and reflects normal use.
Every label is personalized with your kid's name, so we can't reuse them. Keep them, pass them along, or toss them — just tell us what went wrong and we'll take it from there.
Email us before your order prints and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Most orders print within 2–3 business days.
Email hello@everkidlabels.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. A photo helps but isn't required. We reply within one business day. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Standard Shipping is free on every EverKid Labels order. It goes out as USPS First Class Mail, which is not trackable. If you'd like tracking, two paid upgrades are available at checkout.
Please allow 2–3 business days of production time before your order ships.
Contiguous US orders only. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may extend past our typical delivery window.
Trackable Standard and Express orders include tracking: we email your tracking number when the order ships, and again when it's delivered. Free Standard orders travel as First Class Mail, which carries no tracking; you still get an email the day your order ships.
If your labels haven't turned up in the expected window, email hello@everkidlabels.com with your order number and we'll help track them down or make it right.
